- Water, Sewer and Garbage bills are mailed quarterly.
- Payments are due 30 days after the billing date.
- Interest will accrue after a 5 day grace period.
- Payments must be made by cash, check or money order. Credit cards are not accepted.
- All prior year balances for water & sewer charges are subject to tax sale which could result in a lien being placed on your property.
- Garbage charges are $65.00/quarter for a single family residence.
- Sewer charges are $75.00/quarter for most single family residences.
- Commercial properties are charged based on the size of the water meter plus flow (water consumption).
- Water charges are as follows:
- → 0-6,000 gallons included in $25.00 minimum charge
- → 6,000 - 10,000 gallons: $2.75 per 1000 gallons
- → 10,001 - 22,000 gallons: $3.25 per 1000 gallons
- → 22,001 - 40,000 gallons: $3.75 per 1000 gallons
- → 40,001 - 400,000 gallons: $4.25 per 1000 gallons
- → 400,000 gallons and over: $2.75 per 1000 gallons
The over 400,000 gallon bulk rate is structured for businesses that use large quantities of water as an integral part of their manufacturing process or service.
