- Monday - Friday hours: 7 a.m to 3:30 p.m.
- Saturday hours: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Leaves only on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. from October 22 to December 24
- From October 22 to December 24, extended Saturday hours (until 3 p.m.)
- Placing non-recyclable material or wrong materials in the bins will result in rejection as "contaminated" by our recycler.
The entire bin will then be classified as garbage and cost residents more money than if they had thrown it away in the first place.
- Bins

- Mixed recyclables - Aluminum and steel (tin) cans, glass bottles and jars, plastic bottles (#1 & #2)
- Newspaper - Does not need to be tied and bundled as required for curbside pick-up
- Mixed paper - Junk mail, magazines, office paper, soft-cover books
- Corrugated cartons - Brown bags, chipboard (cereal, egg cartons, and paper towel cores), NO beer or soda six/twelve packs or any metallic coatings.
- Electronics - Computers, monitors, keyboards, TV's, radios, etc.
- Tires - Limit 2 per drop-off. No rims. Attendant may ask for proof Denville residency.
- Batteries - Automotive and Household - Special enclosed areas on site.
- Clothes - Special receptacles on site.
- Metal (other than cans) - grills, propane tanks, tire rims, car parts, etc.
- Grass & Leaves - Dumpster provided. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ITEMS IN CONTAINER IN PLASTIC BAGS.
- Brush - Loose, not tied or bagged. Nothing in excess of 6" diameter.
- Christmas trees - NO BAGS PLEASE

- Section 2: All streets between State Highway 10 and Interstate 80
- Section 3: South of State Highway 10
- No make-up dates for pickups missed on January 1 and July 4
- Alphabetical list of streets by section
- Appliance and Metal Pickup

- Pickup of large metal items (Appliances, etc.) by appointment only every Wednesday
- Phone 973-625-8334 no later than 3:30 p.m. Monday.
- Not available during weeks that include a holiday.
