Tax Assessor

• Responsible for valuing all real estate property in the Township for the purpose of establishing a fair and equitable tax base
• Additional responsibilities:
  1. Processing all deeds
  2. 200' property owners lists
  3. Maintaining & updating tax maps
  4. Assigning property locations
  5. Adding subdivisions, etc. to the tax list
  6. Farmland Applications
  7. Senior Citizen, Veteran & Disabled Tax Deductions
  - Applications are available in the Tax Assessor's office
